Unique structure
1. There are two O-rings placed on the PEX-AL-PEX fittings insert. After connecting, there are two sealing to come into being. The O-ring has good rebound capability. When small apertures appear between PEX-AL-PEX pipe and insert, which is caused by heat expand or cold contact, the O-ring will rebound to airproof automatically and keep it hermetical.
2. There are three annual grooves on the three-step-labyrinth structure insert. After connecting, the PEX-AL-PEX fitting insert is closely filled and occluded with the inner PE layer to form a three-step-labyrinth sealing structure, sealed layer upon layer. Thereby, this structure ensures the sealing performance of the multilayer pipe fitting.
3. The super-long PEX-AL-PEX fitting insert lengthens the part which insert into the multilayer pipe and enlarge the occluded area between the inside PE layer of pipe and the insert surface, which is increasing the sealing performance.
